About Integra & Our History

Integra Real Estate and Mortgage has been serving clients since 1983, when Kirkland businessman Ed Irwin decided to offer his clients a smarter choice in buying, selling and financing real estate. Creating a one-stop shop for real estate, Ed began Integra from a home office. Since that time, Integra has grown from a one-man operation into a full-service, team-oriented real estate and mortgage brokerage firm. Integra continues to grow as it adds new team members and clients to its roster.

The Integra Team is licensed to buy, sell and finance real estate in the State of Washington. Our primary area of service is the greater Seattle area. We also coordinate the services of REALTORS© in other parts of the state to assist our clients with whatever real estate needs they may have. Our clients love this service because they get the benefit of our experience, guidance and handholding while buying or selling real estate throughout the state.
