At Integra, we act as Consultants and Partners to help you determine the best loan options for your particular situation. We understand that there is not a perfect loan that fits everyone’s situation. Our role is to provide you with information, describe your options to you, and explain how the lending process works, so you can select the best mortgage financing solution.
All reputable mortgage brokers work with both local and national wholesale lenders and generally have access to the same kinds of loans and the same interest rates. The Integra Team has learned through long experience that there is no “magic money,” meaning that shopping for lower rates is not an efficient use of your time. That’s what we’re here to do.
What is important is knowledge and experience, the ability to explain the loan process to you in understandable terms and to serve your needs well. You should select your mortgage broker based on a referral from a trusted friend or based on proven experience and professional credentials. At Integra, Ed Irwin has been mortgage broker since 1983, a real estate broker since 1978, and an active attorney since 1967. Ed doesn’t practice law though; instead he focuses on solely helping clients buy, finance and sell residential real estate. Out of 1,938 licensed mortgage brokers in the state of Washington, Ed is only one of five to hold the Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC) designation from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. The CMC is NAMB’s highest professional designation and certification.
Because Integra is also a real estate broker, our company is in a unique position to provide you with one-stop shopping for all your real estate and mortgage needs. If you are refinancing, you will receive the most knowledgeable information and the best service available to anyone. If you are planning to buy a home, we can assist you in buying and financing your new home. And, if you are planning to sell your home, you benefit from our unique range of services and experience. This allows you to have our planning assistance from day one, as we help you to coordinate the buying, selling and/or financing process. That’s where Integra comes in. We will research interest rates and mortgage loan options for you, so you can focus on choosing the perfect home.
