Ed Irwin Founder, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, Loan Officer

Ed was born and raised in Seattle and has lived in Kirkland for more than 26 years with his wife Susan. They have a daughter Beth. Ed has been a licensed lawyer since 1967, a real estate broker since 1978 and a mortgage broker since 1983. He does not practice law. Instead, he helps people sell, buy and finance their homes. The only result acceptable to Ed and the Integra Team is that the client is ecstatic with the service they receive at Integra. Ed and the Integra Team focus on client goals and needs, both short and long term, rather than just the immediate transaction. Ed’s personal belief is that “every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it,” so he autographs his work with excellence and integrity.

Beth was born and raised in Kirkland, WA. She received her B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literature from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. Beth spent her college years studying, traveling and living in different areas of Spain and Latin America, becoming fluent in the Spanish language and gaining an appreciation for world cultures. She earned her real estate license after graduating. In 2003, Beth joined the Integra Team. Shortly thereafter, Beth purchased her first home in the Green Lake area of Seattle. Beth spends her weekends working in her yard, hiking, rock climbing and participating in other outdoor activities.
